A very typical cottage for 4 people and a baby. Totally renovated in 2008; Comfortable (90 m2, 1 bed 1m60, 2 beds 0m90, 1 bed bars, dishwasher, TV, DVD, ..) on a garden of 600 m2, shared walls on one side of the house with an open outlook.
All shops within 500 m in the Kergroes village. Moelan-sur-mer at 4km
Several beaches all around, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, scuba-diving nearby. Region is famous for the possible walks around the coast of Finistère South. Lots of hiking paths.
Pont-Aven (known for its famous painters), Concarneau, Quimper, Lorient .... Lots of discoveries and touristic manifestations!
Small price, all charges included (heating water, gaz and electricity)! 525 euros a week (July, August) / 395 euros (June, September, school holidays) / 295 euros (others in the year) / 150 euros a week-end.
